In this workshop, the participants will learn to conduct Design Sprints by actually experiencing one.
Specific “challenges” are given out and participants band together in teams to go through the stages of
the QGLUE Design Sprint – Discover, Ideate, and CoCreate.

During the workshop participants will be provided with a DIY workbook and individual/team templates
to work on and record their journeys/ ideas/ and insights. The journey is facilitated by QGLUE Coaches
and a “meta coach” is aided by audio, video instructions.

The Sprint is fast paced and intense, hands-on, an effective and wholesome simulation of the five-day
version with learning by doing as the primary mode of instruction. Key takeaways for participants include- faster insights, quick innovative solutions an understanding of agile concepts and a process that is repeatable and reproducible.

And the creating the creative confidence, so necessary for innovation!
